Who we are
In our ‘celebrations’ we worship God with modern English songs led by the worship team and we are encouraged by an inspiring and relevant sermon from God's Word - the Bible - by the pastors, speakers of Christ Worship Center and guest speakers. At the end of each celebration, it is time to meet, to talk to each other and to meet new people.
Christ Worship Center is a church where everyone feels safe and where young and old can continue to develop and be helped to find their destiny. Children are important at Christ Worship Center (CWC-Kids). We want them to have a great Sunday morning experience too. CWC-Kids is a place where children have fun, learn about the faith and make new friends.
Our vision
Christ Worship Center is a family church in which Jesus is central. We believe that an encounter with Jesus changes lives forever and that worship is a lifestyle.
Our mission
We love people and want them to believe in Jesus, become a follower of Him and reach their destiny in life.
As believers, we know that our perspective on life is not governed by our circumstances but is centered on a Person, Jesus, who has said that He is the same today, yesterday and forever. Anyone who builds his faith in Him will never be disappointed. That is the perspective for every believer, for every church. As the Apostle Paul said when he was bound in prison: You can chain me, but you can never chain the Gospel! From this perspective, we still have vision for us as a local church. We will not allow ourselves to be held hostage or silenced by any circumstance. That is why we as Christ Worship Center have a vision and we continue to spread the Gospel.

Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
For I know what thoughts I think of you, declares the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, that you may have a hopeful future.
With these great words we want to face the new year 2023. The past year was a year with a lot of disaster (great misery).
The Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, when Russia invaded neighbouring Ukraine from multiple sides. Which resulted in an oil and grain crisis that also hit our economy and we still feel the consequences in our daily maintenance. Our inflation has never been as high as it is now. I myself was able to see with my own eyes the destructive power that war not only brings to buildings, but above all to the human suffering.
As the Netherlands, we are going from crisis to crisis. Nowadays people are already talking about a 'Green Gospel'. Mother nature rears her head everywhere, but especially in Brussels.
Extra tax increases are flying around our ears and the end is not yet in sight.
People are literally and figuratively left out in the cold and the queues at the food banks are growing and growing. Even the food banks fear that at some point they will no longer be able to meet the huge influx of people in need.
For centuries the world has looked away from the great commandments that God gave in the beginning. He appointed men/women, the crown of His creation as stewards over all His creation. God thus gave men/women the responsibility for the health of His creation. God even gave a rest period for agriculture. The land was allowed to be cultivated for six years and the seventh year the land had to rest (recover). Will God not know what is good for mankind?
As Christians we know that we should not expect anything from people. That is why our hope, our life must be based on the one who can be absolutely trusted and who wants us well. Corruption is not in His dictionary!
Therefore, I want to encourage all Christians with the words that God is very trustworthy. His Word is food for all of our humanity. None of us know what other crises we have to go through. But one thing is certain: I (God) know what thoughts I think of you, declares the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of disaster, to give you a hopeful future.
Let's hold on to that in 2023 too!
